In partnership with TORCH Foundation
Rural Opioid Recovery Access Program
Addiction medicine and pain-management specialists, delivered into rural hospital clinics through Troy Medical's hybrid telehealth model.
The Rural Opioid Recovery Access Program — powered by Troy Medical in partnership with the TORCH Foundation and the Rural Texas Collaborative — integrates addiction medicine and pain-management specialists directly into rural hospital clinics through a hybrid telehealth model.
Patients receive evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and chronic pain care in their own communities, supported by local staff and existing local resources. Troy Medical manages the full implementation: provider contracting, training, technology setup, and outcome reporting — so hospitals can expand services without adding administrative burden.
TORCH Foundation and Troy Medical complete the application on behalf of rural hospitals across all 20 districts, removing the bulk of the administrative burden from rural hospital teams.
