Ferhad F. Bashir, MD

Dr. Ferhad F. Bashir is board certified in Neurology, Headache Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. Dr. Bashir’s medical interests include comprehensive management of headache conditions such as migraines, tension headaches, and trigeminal autonomic cephalgias. Commonly treated conditions include stroke, epilepsy, tremor, neuropathic pain, and dementia. After graduating and receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Bashir earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Neurology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident in his final year. He then completed his fellowship in Headache Medicine at Loyola University Medical Center and the renowned Diamond Headache Clinic where he went through extensive training in Adult and Pediatric Headache Management. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Headache Society.

William Lasswell, MD

Dr. Lasswell was born in Florida, and attended Florida State University as an undergraduate where he received a BS in Chemistry. After completing a doctoral program in Natural Products Chemistry at the University of Mississippi, he taught as an assistant professor in the School of Pharmacy at the University of Rhode Island. He entered medical school at Brown University on an Army scholarship and, after finishing his MD training, entered postgraduate medical training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center where he completed internship and residency programs in general internal medicine and a fellowship program in diabetes, endocrinology and metabolism.

Dr. Lasswell sees all endocrine related issues, including Type I and Type II diabetes, thyroid disorders, pregnancy-related endocrine issues and hormone imbalances.

Dana Reddy, MD

Dana Reddy, MD is an experienced Rheumatologist who has lived most of her life in Southern California. She provides specialized care to patients with inflammatory arthritis, vasculitis, and other autoimmune/autoinflammatory diseases. She attended University of California, Santa Barbara where she graduated with Honors with a degree in Biology. She then went across the continental US to earn her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. She wanted to return to her hometown and completed Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship training at Scripps Clinic/Green Hospital in San Diego, CA. She has remained a member of the American College of Rheumatology since starting fellowship.

Before starting a family, she was in private practice 5 miles from the US-Mexico border and learned Spanish while working there for 5 years. She continues to hold a staff position at two of the community clinics in the area serving under/uninsured populations. She also holds a teaching position for Scripps Chula Vista Family Medicine Residency and gives lectures on Rheumatology to family medicine physicians in the area. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Reddy has been utilizing telemedicine and loves the prospect of being able to help patients who have difficulty traveling to her. She has a special interest in reproductive medicine as it relates to Rheumatology as well as the more rare autoinflammatory/autoimmune diseases.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, running, spending time outdoors, and watching stand up comedy. She looks forward to meeting you and helping in whatever way she can.

Arash Hassantoufighi, MD

As a rheumatologist, Dr. Hassantoufighi treats patients with all types of rheumatologic illnesses including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, polymyositis, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease, gout, osteoporosis and musculoskeletal pain syndromes. He loves all aspects of rheumatology. 

Before going into the civilian sector, he had proudly served in the United States Air Force for twelve years as an Internist and Rheumatologist. When he is not caring for his patients, Dr. Hassantoufighi enjoys spending time with his wife and two little girls.

Brian Willis, MD

Dr. Brian Willis is a hepatologist, specializing in disorders of the liver. He has over 25 years of experience in a combination of teaching, research, and patient care.  He holds both MD and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Illinois in Chicago and completed postgraduate training at Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU). Most of his professional life has been with Kaiser Permanente Northwest, but he also held a clinical position at OHSU. He first developed and then lead the Hepatology program at Kaiser for several years.  He participated in clinical research trials and taught fellows and residents in training. Areas of interest include viral and drug-induced hepatitis, fatty liver disease, and complications of cirrhosis.

Dr. Willis is originally from Spain, then grew up in the Caribbean, and moved to Washington State to attend College at Pacific Lutheran University. He currently resides in Oregon and is an avid reader, dancer, photographer, and outdoor enthusiast.

Kimberly Hanf, NP-C

Kimberly Hanf, NP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She treats dermatological issues including acne, melanomas, eczema, hair loss, psoriasis, rosacea and more.

Kimberly graduated from Vanderbilt University where she earned her Nurse Practitioner degree. Before specializing in dermatology, Kimberly practiced as a primary care provider. She then trained alongside Dr. Sarv Zand of Zand Dermatology, completing 5,000+ patient visits together. Through Troy Medical, Kim provides Telehealth-based dermatology consults for all skin issues and for patients in all walks of life.
