How does our model work?
It’s simple: we bring the specialists you need to your hometown using a hybrid of in person care and telemedicine. Just ask your primary care doctor for a referral to Troy Medical, or call our office to set up an appointment directly. Referrals aren’t necessary unless required by your health insurance.
Your appointment will take place at our physical clinic location. After you check in, you'll be escorted back to the treatment room by a Medical Assistant, who will perform your intake, get your vitals, and complete anything else the doctor needs prior to seeing you. Once prepped, you’ll meet with your doctor the same way you would at any other doctor's visit. The only difference is that your visit will be conducted via telemedicine by one of our board ceritified specialists, who are located all over the United States!
You’ll get all the one-on-one time you need with your provider in the comfort and security of a clinical setting. Your provider has access to your local area hospital and can order any necessary tests or imaging, and review all results. You’ll also have access to a patient portal where you can communicate with the clinic, send medical records to your doctor, keep track of your appointments, and more.
